Foundations of Music 2
COMING FALL 2025
Ages 6–9 · Prerequisite: Foundations 1
Foundations of Music 2 builds on the foundation established in our beginner class and is designed for students who are ready to go deeper. With a focus on instrument-specific skills and ensemble collaboration, this class bridges the gap between musical exploration and more intentional study.
Students continue developing their listening and improvisation skills while learning to play more confidently with others. The curriculum rotates between instruments, allowing students to expand their musical vocabulary and start identifying a primary instrument of interest.
